These terms govern the relationship between eventX — a brand operated by Funnelic Media SRL, VAT RO 43524858, trade register no. J35/34/2021, registered in Timișoara, Romania ("we") — and clients who use our event production services. By requesting a quote or signing a contract, you accept these terms.

eventX provides event production services: event day technical production, ticketing and check-in, planning and promotion, instant aftermovie, video and materials. Services are contracted modularly or as a full package, per the agreed quote.
We reserve the right to decline a project if we believe we are not the right fit for the event's size or type. In that case, we inform you in writing within two working days.
A quote is issued after a conversation in which we understand the venue, the programme and your requirements. The quote is valid for 30 days from issue. A project is considered confirmed only after the contract is signed and the agreed deposit is paid.
Any change requested after confirmation may incur price or timeline adjustments, communicated in writing.
Payment terms and deposit are specified in the contract. Invoices are issued per Romanian law. Late payments beyond the agreed term may incur penalties or suspension of work.
Cancellation by the client must be communicated in writing. If cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the event, the deposit is retained as a guarantee for reserved availability. Within 30 days, a compensation proportional to work already performed may apply.
eventX is responsible for the technical execution of the contracted services. We are not liable for: speaker content, venue network performance, third-party incidents, or force majeure.
Our liability is limited to the contract value.
Video and photo materials produced by eventX become the client's property after full payment of the contract. eventX retains the right to use excerpts in its own portfolio, unless the client explicitly declines in writing.
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute is resolved amicably or, failing that, in the competent Romanian courts.
