Let's talk about your event

We don't email a price without understanding the venue and the programme. It would be a made-up number, and you would make a decision on it.

What helps us from the start

  • The date and the city
  • The venue, if it is already confirmed
  • How many days the event runs
  • How many people you expect
  • What you already have covered, if you have suppliers for some parts
  • Whether you want video, and what you will use it for afterwards

If you don't know all of it, that's fine. Send what you have and we will fill in the rest together.

What happens after you send it

  1. The same working day

    We confirm we have your brief.

  2. Within two working days

    We call you about whatever is missing. The quote comes out of that conversation, broken down by module, along with the technical plan if the venue is confirmed and we can speak to someone there.

  3. After that

    We sit down for half an hour and cut whatever doesn't make sense at your event size.

What we need from you, if we work together

  • The agenda and speaker list, in good time
  • The speakers' decks, before show day
  • Access to the room the day before, for load-in
  • One person on your team we can talk to on the day
