ABOUT

You won't notice us. You will notice the day.

At an event that runs well, nobody sees who made it run. That is rather the point. You are out front with your people. We are behind it.

How we got here

Since 2018 we have been attending events several times a year, in Romania and abroad, run by people who were very good at it.

That is where we learned, in fact. How a day feels when everything flows. What an ending looks like after which people stay in the room instead of leaving. What happens to a few hundred people when the music lands exactly on the right beat, and how it all changes if it lands three seconds later. Things you don't notice unless you have seen them many times, done well.

Since May 2024 we have been on the other side of it. Our first produced event was in Bali, and since then we have worked rooms of 100 to 600 people.

Who we learn from

Some events we run on our own. On others we work alongside Monico Perez, an American producer who has been running events around the world for over twenty years, some of them with tens of thousands of attendees. We still work with him today, on his events.

He is one of Ionuț's mentors, and it is the reason what we apply at your event does not come out of a course. It comes out of rooms operating at a different scale, and it comes straight back to our clients.

Ionuț Cojocaru at the tech desk

Technical production and direction

At the tech desk for as long as the stage is live. Sound, projection, music, speaker microphones, the schedule held to the minute. Everything you hear and see while someone is speaking goes through him.

Coordination and attendee experience

On the floor, with the whole picture: check-in, the flow between sessions, the welcome area, the person with a question who doesn't know who to ask. Everything that isn't happening on stage is hers.

The rest of the crew works in position, coordinated by the two of us. On filming, sound and promotion we work with collaborators we have known a long time. You have two people to talk to from the first brief through to the last file delivered.

How we work

  • Run of show before equipment

The first question is not what we bring, it is how the day unfolds. What equipment is needed comes out of that answer, not the other way round.

  • We stay on our side of it

We speak directly to the venue's technical crew, because without that we cannot do our job. You communicate with the speakers and the other suppliers, and we tell you clearly what we need and by when. If you want us to take on more, we can, but it is agreed separately.

  • Rehearsal, not improvisation

We are in the room the day before whenever it is possible. Speakers walk the stage before there is an audience, and whatever can break, breaks then, while we still have time.

  • No exclusivity

If you already have a supplier for part of it, we work alongside them and take only what is missing.

  • We say when something makes no sense

If a module adds nothing at your event size, we tell you, even when it means a smaller quote. We would rather have you back for the next edition than bill more once.

Next step

Let's talk about your event

Fill in the form, we read it, then we call you about whatever is missing. The quote comes after that conversation, not before it. Without knowing the venue and the programme, any price would be a guess.

Send the brief

Thank you, we received your request. We're reviewing it and will get back to you shortly with a call for the next step.

Nobody remembers the agenda

The four pillars of producing a live event people actually remember. The checklist we run in the room, not theory.
