Event data: date, venue, attendee count, technical requirements — from the brief you complete.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited — from cookies, per the Cookies section.

To send marketing communications only if you have opted in to the newsletter.

Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — for data necessary to provide services.
Our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — for site usage analysis.
Data from quote requests is kept for a maximum of 12 months if no contract results.
Contract data is kept per legal obligations (10 years for accounting documents).
Marketing data is kept until consent is withdrawn.
Right of access: you can request a copy of your data.
Right to rectification: you can correct inaccurate data.
Right to erasure: you can request deletion, subject to legal exceptions.
Right to portability: you can receive your data in a structured format.
Right to object to processing and to withdraw consent at any time.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. Certain providers (payment processor, email marketing platform) may process data on our behalf, under a data processing agreement, per GDPR.
