Monico Perez · event producer
And you cannot look after the room while you are chasing fifty small things. We take the event day off your hands, so you can be where you should be: with the people you brought there.
Tell us about your eventSince 2018 we have been attending events several times a year, in Romania and abroad, run by people who were very good at it. That is where we learned: how a day feels when everything flows, and what happens in a room of a few hundred people when the music lands exactly on the beat it should.
Since May 2024 we have been on the other side of it. Our first produced event was in Bali, and on some of them we work alongside Monico Perez, an American producer who has been running events worldwide for over twenty years.
We work in modules. Take all of it, take one piece, and if you already have a supplier for part of it we work alongside them. The core is always the event day. We take on around six events a year, because each one needs us from the first brief through to the debrief. Rooms of 100 to 600 people so far, in Romania and abroad. The day itself runs in English or Romanian, and we deal with the venue crew in Romanian so your speakers never have to.
An event does not run off a task list. It runs on a timeline that starts months out and ends a few days after the last person has left.

We agree what we deliver, what you cover, what the venue supplies. If ticketing is part of it, we build the system now, so you have as much selling time as possible. The technical plan comes out of the same conversation: complete if the venue is confirmed, with open variables if it is not yet.

We meet regularly on whatever moves. Nothing waits for the final week, when there is no time left to fix it anyway.

Everything built and tested. Crew brief, speakers walk the stage, last details settled with no audience in the room.

One at the tech desk, one on the floor. Schedule held to the minute, microphones live on time, music on the second, and you free.

What worked, what did not, what changes next edition. Plus the video deliverables, if they are in the contract.
Organisers we have worked with, and attendees who watched us work.
What people ask us most, before we work together.
Ionuț is at the tech desk for as long as the stage is live: sound, projection, music, speaker microphones, the schedule held to the minute. Cristina is on the floor, handling everything that is not happening on stage, from check-in to the person with a question who doesn't know who to ask. The rest of the crew works in position, coordinated by the two of them. You have one job: to be with your people.
Yes. The day runs in English, and we handle the venue crew in Romanian, so your speakers never deal with it. Materials, the run of show and everything we send you are in English.
Usually yes, and not because the venue technician is not good at their job. They know the room very well. What they cannot know is that your third speaker presents without slides, that the eleven o'clock break needs shortening if the session before it ran long, or that a particular moment needs a few seconds of silence after it. We arrive with your run of show in our heads and work alongside them.
Catering, decor and furniture are out, and we do not go on stage as MCs. Stage lighting is usually operated by the venue's own person, but they work to our run of show so they know exactly when the moments land. Live streaming is possible, but contracted separately, because it needs someone who does nothing else that day.
Conferences, seminars and business events, 100 to 600 people, one to three days. Below 100 only if the format genuinely calls for what we do. Above 600 we have not worked yet, and we will tell you so upfront.
Around six a year. Each one needs us from the first brief through to the debrief afterwards, so thirty is not possible. It is worth asking early whether we are free on your date.
We don't put prices on the site because they would mean nothing. A single day in a 150-person room with its own system and a two-day summit with filming and full recording cannot start from the same number. Send the brief, we call you, and once we understand the venue and the programme you get a quote.
We confirm the same working day that we have your brief, then call you within two working days about whatever is missing. The quote comes out of that conversation. If the venue is already confirmed and we can speak to someone there, you get the technical plan with it.
Four things: the agenda and speaker list in good time, the speakers' decks before the day, access to the room the day before for load-in, and one person on your team we can talk to on the day. That is all.
Yes, and we don't ask for exclusivity. We align with them at the technical brief and take only what is missing. It happens often and it is not a problem.
Yes. Our first produced event was in Bali, so we started about as far away as it gets. Travel is agreed at the quote stage, depending on distance.
Fill in the form, we read it, then we call you about whatever is missing. The quote comes after that conversation, not before it. Without knowing the venue and the programme, any price would be a guess.
Send the briefWe confirm the same working day.
